Our services include the supply, installation, maintenance, and consultation of packaging systems, warehouse equipment, and related logistics solutions. All services are provided on a B2B (business-to-business) basis.
We endeavor to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information on our website. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or any other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error in pricing or product description, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Our services are intended for business customers aged 18 years or older who are authorized to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of their business entity. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms. We do not knowingly offer services to individuals under the age of 18 or to persons unauthorized to act on behalf of a business.

An order will be deemed accepted only when we send written confirmation (via email or post) or begin performance of the services requested.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, inaccurate or incomplete information, insufficient credit history, or orders that violate applicable laws or our policies.

Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include delivery charges, installation fees, VAT, or other applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
Payment terms are NET 30 days from invoice date unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. All invoices must be paid in full before delivery of goods or commencement of services. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and cheque (subject to clearance). Late payment may result in suspension of services and incurrence of interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
A deposit may be required for certain orders or services. The deposit is non-refundable unless the Company cancels the order without cause.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing as binding commitments. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: adverse weather, supplier delays, strikes, or acts of God.
Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the delivery address or upon Customer acceptance of the goods, whichever occurs first. You are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for damage in transit must be reported to the carrier and to us immediately.
Installation services, where provided, will be performed by trained Company personnel at the location specified in the order. The Customer is responsible for ensuring safe access and appropriate working conditions at the installation site.
All goods supplied by Flexigoodsrt Solutions Ltd are subject to the express warranty terms detailed in your order confirmation and/or invoice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Our liability for breach of warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective goods at our sole discretion. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 12 months of delivery. Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
In no event shall Flexigoodsrt Solutions Ltd be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services or goods in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to office@flexigoodsrt.shop or by post to our registered address. Cancellation rights depend on the nature of goods and the stage of order fulfillment.
For goods not yet shipped: Full refund of payment, less any non-refundable deposit or order processing fees.
For goods already shipped or installed: No refund or cancellation permitted unless caused by our breach or error. In such cases, Customer may be liable for restocking fees up to 20% of the order value and return shipping costs.
Custom or bespoke items have no cancellation or return rights once manufacturing has commenced.
Returned goods must be in original, unused condition in original packaging. Used, damaged, or missing components will be refused or subject to restocking fees. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Flexigoodsrt Solutions Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your business relationship with Flexigoodsrt Solutions Ltd. Either party may terminate the relationship by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid within 14 days. Sections regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, and confidentiality shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Prior to initiating legal proceedings, we encourage parties to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies. For disputes involving invoices or payment, late payment claims may be pursued under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any order confirmations, invoices, and written agreements specifically executed by both parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flexigoodsrt Solutions Ltd regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
